THE PROBLEM

Thanks to the shift towards outcome-based service and widening skill gaps between older and young technicians, when completing complex work, technicians need contextual, detailed instructions that can guide them through service calls—no matter their tenure or expertise.

Technicians often need to refer to external resources like diagrams, floorplans, illustrated job steps, reference tables, and example images of completed work.

OUR SOLUTION

Form builders can now upload Resource Images in the web administration portal that can then be used in as many forms as needed. The images show inline and are always available offline.

If images change frequently, updated photos can be uploaded in the administration portal and any references to the image will be automatically updated across the forms, eliminating repetitive work.

Now, technicians will have the tools and references they need to complete jobs consistently and adhere to standard operating procedures, no matter their tenure.
