New four-way alignment combines agentic AI voice guidance, connected workflows, and Elite ServiceNow delivery to help field teams execute better, faster, and more compliantly

TrueContext, GIDR.ai, and Alcor Solutions are joining forces with ServiceNow to close what the partners call the Service Execution Gap, the distance between a dispatched work order and a completed, compliant, high-quality field outcome.

Built around ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM), the joint solution combines real-time agentic AI voice guidance from GIDR.ai, mobile workflows and structured data capture from TrueContext, and enterprise delivery from ServiceNow Elite partner Alcor Solutions. Customers get one platform, one data model, one source of truth — enabling field teams to execute better, faster, and more compliantly.

The Service Execution Gap

Field service leaders consistently report that dispatch and scheduling are not where service breaks down, but in the execution itself. Between the moment a technician accepts a job and the moment the work order closes, organizations lose hours and dollars to unfamiliar assets, scattered knowledge, inconsistent procedures, and compliance rework. As enterprises move into the agentic service era, this last-mile gap is widening faster than traditional tools can close it. The partnership closes that gap on a single platform.

Announced at ServiceNow Knowledge 2026, the unified offering sees four different strengths coalesce into one elevated field service platform:

  • TrueContext — Mobile workflows, smart forms, and structured data capture that turn frontline activity into AI-ready, audit-ready data.
  • GIDR.ai — Real-time, voice-first agentic AI guidance so technicians can execute work safely, consistently, and compliantly while their hands stay on the asset.
  • Alcor Solutions — A ServiceNow Elite partner delivering the advisory, implementation, and managed services that operationalize the joint solution at enterprise scale.
  • ServiceNow FSM — The system of record, workflow engine, and AI Agents that anchor it all on the Now Platform™.
