While the ProntoForms mobile form solution can be deployed on a self-serve basis with the assistance of a litany of online and downloadable free resources, newly launched ProntoForms Deployment Services lets enterprises focus on their daily business activities, while our Solutions Engineer team takes care of everything from A to Z.
Our Experience
Do-it-yourself resources, such as our Community, free Webinars and ProntoForms’ Product Documentation Portal offer customers in-depth, step-by-step guidance to fully deploying our mobile solution in the field. However, every business has different priorities, bandwidth and scheduling. As a result, ProntoForms Deployment was created to take full advantage of our experience in mobilizing business processes with over 2,500 business customers. Three tiered packages are available, catering to the deployment size, budget and needs of almost any organization.

Pronto Kick-Start

- A 2-hour deployment set-up session for administrator(s), with cloud destinations set-up

Pronto Deploy
- Solutions Engineer assigned to manage deployment
- Project plan with business process objectives and project timelines
- Full Admin Portal preference configuration and App settings
- Two custom form builds
- Cloud destinations, SFTP, HTTPS setup for data submitted from the field (excludes custom integration)
- One 2-hour Web-based training for Web Portal administrator(s)
- One 60-minute training for Mobile App users
- Detailed deployment report with ROI analysis
Optional – Add One customized PDF output $300 (reg. $500)
Pronto Deploy Plus
- Solutions Engineer assigned to manage deployment
- Project plan with business process objectives and project timelines

- Two 4-hour Web-based trainings for Web Portal administrator(s)

In addition to the packages, ProntoForms Deployment Services also includes other “à la carte” items, such as custom forms creation and PDF outputting, as well several Web-based training options like API integration consulting and mobile application training.
