Data Sources

These are external sources of data – such as spreadsheets, reports or data from other systems – that you can upload or connect to TrueContext. These enable lookups that your technician can use to select from lists of parts and tools that the follow-up job will require.

Output Documents

Automatically generate quote and proposal documents, emailed to the customer, when work is completed. These can also be routed to external systems like Microsoft SharePoint, Google Workspace, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.

Date and Time Calculations

Finish-by and follow-up dates are automatically calculated based on data captured by your technician and service contract-related variables like planned next visit and duration allowances based on service type.

System Integrations

Out-of-the-box (SharePoint, Salesforce, etc.) and REST API integrations make it easy to share information across your service operations.
