Deploying TrueContext starts with gaining insight into the challenges you face as a business, the inefficiencies in your existing processes, and your approach to solving them through the platform. This also means understanding all the required components of a successful implementation, such as stakeholders and best practices.
1. Identify your project team and personnel needs
Based on your project size and timeline, you will require the appropriate size team with the required set of technical skills to achieve your milestones within a sensible time frame.
2. Identify IT systems involved
As TrueContext relies on system integrations to deliver the best results, you will need to identify what software within your tech stack should be plugged into the platform. This will also include addressing data availability and security concerns with the administrators of those systems.
3. Identify and review existing workflows and processes
You will already have a set of workflows and processes in place prior to deploying TrueContext. List them out along with their purpose in the larger field operation.
4. Identify pressing problems that require attention
Create a list of challenges you and your technicians routinely face and need to overcome as an objective of this implementation. These issues can be symptoms of inefficient current processes or the lack of necessary ones.
5. Outline/Document your Digital Transformation project plan
Map out your digital transformation project by writing out a list of necessary steps and components aligned with target completion dates and intended outcomes. A plan can help keep your project on track and inform your evaluation methods.
