Performing User Acceptance Testing is a critical stage in your TrueContext deployment. UAT allows you to validate and ensure that your workflows meet the needs of your users without being unnecessarily complicated or difficult to use.
1.
Copy all forms, connections, and documents over to the UAT FormSpace
To test your forms, you need to create a UAT FormSpace so you can open up your forms to more beta testers. This will allow you to collect more feedback and identify areas of improvement that your project team may have missed.
2. Provision licenses for UAT testers and set up permissions
You can create and manage users as well as their roles and permissions on the TrueContext web portal. Users can be categorized into groups, with new ones automatically being added to the Production Group. You can create a separate UAT user group during the testing phase. Click here for more information on adding and managing your users.
3.
Encourage UAT testers to begin form submissions and review them for issues
UAT testers submitting forms as they would in the field will simulate how your test workflows fare in real-life conditions, revealing any unforeseen issues with how your forms were built.
4. Review UAT feedback and refine your workflows
Compile and analyze UAT feedback. Categorize issues based on type (technical or structural) and severity to inform your roadmap for workflow revisions.
