Repeatable Destinations for Salesforce

THE PROBLEM

In the past, it hasn’t been easy to get structured data from ProntoForms into Salesforce. While the introduction of Repeatable Sections reduced the amount of configuration needed to be performed when building a form, you were still required to perform some amount of work. You would have to duplicate work by copying pages or sections, renaming all the unique IDs, and more to collect repeated data such as inventory items, repeated tasks, and other information.

OUR SOLUTION

Repeatable Destinations address the issue of getting structured repeated data into Salesforce. Instead of having to configure one destination for each possible row of a repeatable destination (often leading to hundreds of destinations on a form), you can now create a single destination per repeatable section. This destination can be reused across multiple forms to create new or update existing records in Salesforce while maintaining the parent-child relationship configured in Salesforce, for example, a Work Order and a list of the parts used.
