We’re excited to announce four new TrueContext product updates. Now available to customers, these product updates have been designed to enhance the platform experience for both workflow designers and field technicians.
Multi-Language Improvements
Preferred Languages
Field users can now set a preferred language to eliminate having to select the form language every time they open a form, saving them time and frustration. The user can always change their preferred language in the settings of the app.
Data Sources
Customers can now also meet all language requirements using a single data source, eliminating the need for multiple data sources and conditional logic to deploy a multilingual workflow. This update simplifies form deployment, maintenance, and version control.
Conditional Logic
Also, integration between conditional logic and the multi-language functionality has been enhanced, allowing the workflow to adapt based on the language selected. If additional information is needed by English speakers that should not be known to other language speakers, conditional logic can be used to detect the selected language and adapt the form.
Output Documents
Finally, output documents can now be generated in the selected workflow language, enabling consistency between what the field user entered and what’s sent via PDF, Word, or HTML documents. This feature is also supported for custom outputs created by our services team. Coming soon, we’re adding the ability to generate multiple output documents in an array of different languages, all from a single submission.

Add Questions Anywhere
This new Form Builder feature delivers a much more intuitive experience to workflow designers. As your cursor hovers over the division between questions, an “Insert Question [+]” button will appear, giving you the ability to add a question right where you are in the form instead of having to scroll to the end of the section, add a question, then move it to where it’s needed.

Repeatable Sections Improvements
Available to Enterprise tier customers, updates to the Repeatable Section functionality increase contextual data using information cards, reduce information bloat, reduce time to find data, and improve efficiency and compliance. Ultimately, these improvements reduce the workload for field technicians and give them the best context possible while on the job.

Multicolumn Section Layout
Another must-have feature for Enterprise customers, the Multicolumn Layout improves technician experience by enabling multiple questions per line. Field users can see more information at once, reducing scrolls through workflows. The update is particularly useful for displaying a lot of information in a single, concise view.
