We’re pleased to announce two recent feature enhancements made to ProntoForms for customers on Advanced and Enterprise Tiers.
App-to-App Allow List
Our new App-to-App Allow List enables you to have greater control over where the ProntoForms app sends data from a form and helps protect your data from malicious actors. This is especially important if you’ve configured custom callback parameters that contain answers to questions in a form.

App-to-App Custom Callback Parameters
We’ve added the ability to use Data Record Expression Language (DREL) to pass answers and form metadata from the ProntoForms app to other apps using App-to-App Custom Callback Parameters.
If you use a third-party Field Service Management (FSM) platform like ServiceMax or Salesforce to provide your mobile workforce with customer information and work orders, you’d likely using ProntoForms to gain added functionality to enable your teams to perform critical, on-site services. Custom callback parameters provide a way to pass answers and form metadata from the ProntoForms app to the FSM app.
