Eligibility

To receive the Offer, you must be invited by TrueContext to participate and be: (1) one of the first 50 people to qualify for and attend a one-hour TrueContext Demo by 5:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on December 31, 2024; (2) a resident of the U.S. with a U.S. mailing address or a resident of Canada with a Canadian mailing address, excluding Quebec; (3) employed at a company that is not currently using TrueContext; and (4) over 18 years of age. Offer is invite-only, may not be transferred, and is limited to one per person per company. Qualifications are determined by TrueContext and may be based on your company’s current application management needs. In the event of multiple qualified demos provided to employees from the same company, only the first qualifying demo from such company will be eligible. Employees of TrueContext Inc., its affiliated companies, and each of their immediate family members are not eligible.

Offer Period

Offer ends when all 50 AirPods^® are claimed or at 5:00 pm EDT on December 31, 2024, whichever comes first. You must have scheduled and attended your entire TrueContext Demo prior to the end of this Offer Period.

Redemption

In order to qualify to redeem the Offer, you must complete a form on the Offer sign-up page. You must include your physical address as the AirPods^® will be delivered by mail approximately thirty (30) days after you attend the demo. For U.S. customers, an alternate contact method (email or phone) is required to be eligible. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prizes is permitted except at TrueContext’s discretion. If the advertised prize cannot be awarded for any reason, we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The approximate prize value for this Offer is U.S. $169.
